What are the Inclusive Home Care Support Steps?

  • We will meet with you and your family, to discuss your NDIS plan and prepare for your NDIS planner meetings.
  • We can support you during your meeting with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
  • In consultation with you, we can organise your nominated services to be carried out on days and times that best suit your needs.
  • We are committed to help build your capacity to move to self-management.


What is National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian wide scheme that aims to support people with a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to take part in everyday activities. The NDIS gives people with disability (as well as their family and carers) more choice and control over how, when and where support is received.


You can receive funding from the NDIS if you are Under 65 years of age An Australia citizen, a permanent resident, or Protected Special -Category Visa holder Have a permanent or significant disability and require support from others. If you or your family member live in an area where the NDIS is available and you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be able to access the NDIS.
